Epic Volleyball Club

These camps are designed for players looking for work in their specific skill focus right before the new summer tryout dates this year in WI.

The first camp will run Mon/Tues and the second will run Wed/Thurs. 

1st Contact (Serve, Pass, Defend)

The 1st contact camp will focus on the skills that are the "1st contact," like serving, passing, and defense. 

We will dive into specific techniques for each skill and go through high rep drills to help reinforce the learning process. The 8th grade and younger sessions will be coed, while the High School aged session will be for just girls. 

Setters/Hitters

We will divide all the setters and hitters to work on specific skills for each. We will cover things from setter and hitter footwork, establishing tempos, hitting with range and much more.  A period of time will be spent working separately by position.  We will bring the setters and hitters together at the end to put all the sequences together.
